Direct Mortgage Concepts (DMC) is a Mortgage Broker and Mortgage Adviser based in Berowra in the Hornsby District in Sydney’s Upper North Shore.  This allows convenient and quick access to all parts of metropolitan Sydney and the Central Coast.  

We also offer our services both near and far having a number of valued clients across wider NSW, Australia and overseas.

We are fully accredited and insured, holding an Australian Credit License as well as being a member of the Mortgage and Finance Industry of Australia (MFAA).

3.  We present these options to you in simple, plain English terms allowing you to decide what you are comfortable with and how this choice will benefit you in the future.

 

4.  We collect all your details and supporting documents then present your application to the lender with a detailed loan submission explaining why your loan application should be approved.

5.  We manage the process keeping both you and your conveyancer informed along the way, from lodgement to and beyond settlement. 

6.   We remain in contact with you (softly) and review your choices to ensure that your loan product remains current and suitable to your ongoing needs.
